Today I was learning how to paint still Life. Henri Matisse We were learning about Henri Matisse He painted still Life. We had to use primary colours plus white or black to make the colours we wanted. We had to blend in white to show light direction. Then we used black pastel to add detail.

Today we were learning about the Ascension. the Ascension was when Jesus went back up into heaven.

I found it easy to design it.
I found it tricky to find a painting that I liked.
Next time I would do a harder one.

Marble maze challenge

Today I was learning how to make a marble maze.
I found it tricky to line each section up so the ball didn't get stuck. It was also challenging to make it go for 30 seconds.
Next time I would put it up in the trees to make it go for longer.

Cardboard boat

Today I was learning what a bowsprit is. The bowsprit is a long wooden beam that sticks out the front of some boats. It gives the boat an anchor point for the forestays, the rope that supports a boats foremast.
i found it tricky to fold the hull into the right shape.
Next time I would add lights.
